5: Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Initiating a Return

2: Processed within 5–10 business days from the date we receive your package
3: Reflected on your account depending on your bank or card issuer
4: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color:

2: We will assist with placing a replacement order.
3: Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.
4: Damaged or Incorrect Items
5: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

International Orders

Laxakaar offers global shipping, and returns are accepted from most regions.
Please note:

  • International return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable through Laxakaar; you may contact your local customs office for reimbursement options.
