1. What's the fit through the bodice, does it run true to size?
The bodice is fitted and the skirt is voluminous and tiered, so the two work together rather than the dress being "loose" overall. Go with your usual size per the chart; if you're between sizes, size up for room through the fitted bodice.
2. Is this dress heavy, or good for warm/tropical weather?
It's built for warm-weather resort wear. The Mul-Chanderi outer fabric has a light, sheer-adjacent drape, and it's fully lined in soft mulmul, so it stays breathable even in humidity or high summer heat.
3. How do I care for the hand-embroidered bodice (cutdana, beads, sequins)?
Dry clean only, and avoid tumble drying or ironing directly over the beadwork. Store on a hanger to let the tiered skirt hold its shape between wears.
4. I'm ordering for a trip, how far in advance should I order?
Each dress is made after you order, with about 1 week for crafting before it ships. For international orders, budget roughly 3 weeks total from order to delivery, order at least a month out if it's for a specific event or trip.
5. Can I return or exchange if the fit is off?
Yes, within the return window from delivery, as long as it's unused, unwashed, tags attached, and returned in original packaging. Since it's made-to-order, we recommend double-checking your measurements against the Size Guide before ordering to avoid a resize delay.
6. Does the coral shade run warm or more pink in person?
It's a warm peach-coral, closer to a sunset tone than a cool pink. Screen and lighting can shift the exact tone slightly, which is normal for hand-dyed and hand-embroidered pieces.
